How it works
One download, no settings to get right. It starts with Windows and stays in the tray. It never shows when it last looked, and you can't tell from the machine either.
A friend who's walked this road, a mentor, a pastor, a counselor, a sponsor. Usually not your wife; more on that below. They get a link and say yes. From then on, making it looser waits for them; making it stricter never does.

What leaves your computer
Every look is judged on your own machine by models that run there. A clean screenshot is gone before it touches the disk. Why it isn't a filter

One email a week. For each reported event: where it was, what the page or video was called, how long it was there, and what the software made of it. They can open the report on the web; the screenshots, if any, are blurred.
You can quit it, and the report will say it wasn't running. You can make it stricter any time. Making it looser waits for your partner to say yes.
Add a note to any flag; your partner sees the note beside it. The original screenshot stays on your computer, encrypted, so a wrong call can be shown to be one.
